GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University women's track & field team is ready for the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships on Monday, Feb. 24. The meet starts at 4 p.m. and will be held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, NY.
"I have planned out everything, looked at all of the events and we have covered everything," said head coach Ringo Adamson. "We are four deep in every event except for the weights, we have two. We have to go in there and in the races that you have to advance to the finals, we have to get enough people to the finals then we can score."
