2013 Indoor: took sixth place in the one mile run (4:53.38) at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 8)… won the 4,000 meter distance medley (12:00.74) and 4x800 meter (9:19.57) relays and placed second in the one mile run (4:56.60) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 1)… the winner in the one mile run (5:01.29) and 3000 meters (10:21.76) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… ran the first leg of the second place 4x800 meter relay (9:36.81) at the conference meet… captured the top time in the 5000 meters (18:09.11) at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)… came in first in the one mile run (5:04.91) and fourth in the 800 meters (2:25.13) at the Collegeville Indoor Classic (Jan. 18)

2012 Outdoor: finished 22^nd (5:02.95) in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24)… won the 10,000 meters in 39:21.69 at the NJAC Championships (May 5) for All-Conference first team honors… member of the winning 4x800 meter relay that had a school record time of 9:21.39 at the ECAC Championships (May 17)… ran season bests in the 800 (2:15.61) and 1500 (4:36.44) meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 16)… finished the 800 meters in 2:17.02 at the Navy Invitational (Mar. 24)

2012 Indoor: earned All-America as a member of the seventh place (11:55.14) distance medley relay at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships (Mar. 9)… ran on the winning distance medley relay that set a school record time (11:49.15) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 2)… anchored the 4x800 (9:26.87) and distance medley (12:35.78) relays that took first place at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24)… member of the school’s 4x800 meter relay that has the University mark with a tie of 9:26.87…. season bests in the 800 meters (2:25.70) and the 3000 meters (10:32.05) came at the Collegeville Indoor Classic (Jan. 20)
