2011 Outdoor: qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship with a school record time of 1:01.81 in the 400 meter hurdles at Georgian Court University (Apr. 20)… also posted a season best in the 100 meter hurdles (14.97) at Georgian Court… a member of the Profs’ fastest 4x400 meter relay (3:58.30) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)… the third legs on Rowan’s top 4x100 meter shuttle hurdle relay with 1:00.40 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 29)… earned NJAC All-Conference second team honors in the 400 meter hurdles with a second place (1:03.11) at the conference championships (May 7)… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011 Indoor: recorded a season best time of 8.75 in the 55 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)… ran the team’s second best time in the 400 meters (59.90) at the NJAC Championships… a member of the Profs’ fastest 4x400 meter relay with 3:59.77 at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (Mar. 5)… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week (Mar. 20)

2010 Outdoor: ran Rowan’s best times in the 100 (15.06) and 400 (1:02.47) meter hurdles… set the school record (1:02.47) in the 400 meter hurdles at the Lions’ Last Chance Meet (May 20)… competed in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 27)… the lead leg on the Profs’ top 4x400 meter relay (3:58.64)… compiled a time of 1:00.87 in the 400 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 19)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors in the 400 meter hurdles… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week twice

2010 Indoor: part of Rowan’s record setting 4x400 meter relay (4:06.79) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6)… compiled season best times of 9.23 and 10.16 in the 55 and 60 meter hurdles respectively… had the Profs’ second fastest time in the 400 meters (1:01.92)… received NJAC All-Conference honorable mention as part of the 4x400 meter relay
