2016 Outdoor: captured All-America recognition in the 200 and 400 meter dashes and the 4x100 meter relay at the NCAA Championships (May 26-28)… finished third in the 400 meter dash (54.74) and the 4x100 meter relay (46.56) and eighth (25.29) in the 200 meter dash… ends career as a nine-time All-American, the most decorated athlete in program history…won the 400 meter dash (55.05) and the 4x100 meter relay (46.91) and came in second (24.77) in the 200 meter dash at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 18-19)… had first place finishes in the 400 (56.76) and 200 (25.95) meter dashes and the 4x100 meter relay (46.94) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 7-8) for All-Conference first team honors… tied for second (5’ 0.5”, 1.54 meters) in the high jump and came in second (12.72) in the 100 meter dash at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team recognition… named the NJAC Thomas M. Gerrity Most Outstanding Athlete… was first in the 100 (12.08) and 200 (24.62) meter dashes and the 4x100 meter relay (47.21) at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… took first place in the 100 (11.96) and 200 (24.41) meter dashes at the Greyhound Invitational (Apr. 15-16)… had a first place (55.27) in the 400 meter dash at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 18-19)… finishes tenure as the program record holder in the 100 (11.96), 200 (24.36) and 400 (54.74) meter dashes and as a member of the 4x100 (46.56) and 4x200 (1:40.92) meter relays… garnered U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors in the 100, 200 and 400 meter dashes and the 4x100 meter relay… earned NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors six times and the ECAC Metro Track Athlete of the Week Award twice
 
2015-16 Indoor: finished third 200 (25.03) and fourth in the 60 (7.64) and meter dashes at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 11-12) for All-America honors… set the program record with a time of 7.58 in the 60 meter dash in the prelims at the NCAA Championships… won the 200 (24.99) and was fourth in the 60 (7.74) meter dashes at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 3-4)… member of the 4x200 meter relay that finished first (1:42.15) at the ECAC Championships… had victories in five events at the NJAC Championships, earning the G. Larry James Outstanding Athlete Award and All-Conference first team honors in all five events… ran winnings times of 25.53 in the 200, 57.34 in the 400 and 7.63 in the 60 meter dashes… had a height of 5’ 2.25” (1.58 meters) in the high jump… part of the 4x400 (3:58.24) meter relays… season best height in the high jump was (5’ 3”, 1.60 meters) at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 12)… received NJAC Track Athlete of the Week award six times and ECAC Track Athlete of the Week honors three times… ends career as the record holder in the 60 (7.58) and 200 (24.41) meter dashes and as a member of the 4x200 (1:42.15) and 4x400 (3:54.38) meter relays
 
2015 Outdoor: qualified for the 200 and 400 meter dashes at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished first (3:52.40) at the ECAC Championships (May 14-15)… came in first in the 100 meter (11.97) and 200 meter (24.36) dashes and as a member of the 4x400 (3:48.70) and the 4x100 (47.76) meter relays at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors in all four events… ran on the winning 4x100 (48.00) and 4x400 (3:49.84) meter relays at the CTC Championships (Apr. 18)… came in second in the 100 (12.19) and first (24.90) in the 200 meter dashes at the CTC Championships… took third (12.71) in the 100 meter dash at the Maryland Invitational (Mar. 28)… was named the NJAC Thomas M. Gerrity Most Outstanding Athlete… a two-time NJAC Track Athlete of the Week… earned ECAC Metro Track Athlete of the Week once
 
2015 Indoor: won the 60 meters with a top time of 7.82 to earn All-Conference first team honors and finished second in the 200 meters with a season best 26.09 for second team distinction at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… a member of the first place 4x200 (1:43.08) and 4x400 (3:55.15) meter relays for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… named the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete… was on the second place 4x200 meter relay (1:42.79) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:54.38) that set a school record and finished first at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6-7)… tied for third (4’ 11”, 1.50 meters) in the high jump at the NJAC Championships… part of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:57.41) and came in fourth (7.85) in the 60 meters and seventh (26.92) in the 200 meters at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 13)… took sixth (26.23) in the 200 meters and had a seventh place (8.00) in the 60 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… was on the 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth (3:56.94) at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… a member of the fifth place (4:00.92) 4x400 meter relay at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24)
 
2014 Outdoor: took fourth (12.06) in the 100 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 21)… ran season bests in the 100 meters (11.98) and 200 meters (24.46) at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)… recorded a time of 59.96 in the 400 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 5)… was on the winning 4x100 (49.07) and 4x400 (3:52.96) meter relays at the NJAC Championships (May 4) for All-Conference first team honors… was on the third place 4x400 meter relay (3:51.06) at the Wake Forest Open… named the NJAC and ECAC Track Athlete of the Week twice
 
2014 Indoor: won the national title in the 200 meters by posting a school record time of 24.41 at the NCAA Division III Championships… took first (25.29) in the 200 meters at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 8)… garnered NJAC All-Conference first team honors with first place finishes in the 60 (7.71) and 200 (24.92) meters and as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:56.62) at the conference championships… set the University mark in the 60 meters (7.67), taking fourth at the national championships for All-America honors, while also clocking the time at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23) for first place… part of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:42.60) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 7)… had a top time of 59.71 in the 400 meters at the Princeton Invitational… cleared a season best height of 4’ 11” (1.50 meters) in the high jump at the Princeton Invitational and NJAC Championships... named the NJAC G. Larry James Most Outstanding Athlete
 
2013 Outdoor: at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23), placed fourth in the 4x100 (46.99) and eighth in the 4x400 (3:48.02) meter relays… won the 400 meters (56.32) and 4x400 meter relay (3:48.86) at the ECAC Championships (May 16)… had the winning times in the 100 (12.17) and 200 (24.47) meters and the 4x100 (47.48) and 4x400 (3:50.18) meter relays at the NJAC Championships (May 4) to earn All-Conference first team honors… finished fifth in the high jump (1.53 meters) at the conference meet… produced the winning time in the 100 meters with 12.34 at the Lions Invitational (Apr. 26) and against Georgian Court University in 12.27 (Apr. 10)
 
2013 Indoor: ran the second leg of the third place 4x200 meter relay (1:42.78) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 1)… won the 200 meters (25.83) and 4x200 meter relay (1:42.22) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) for All-Conference first team honors… came in third in the 60 meters (8.05) to receive NJAC All-Conference honorable mention… a member of the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:43.15) at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)
 
HS: a graduate of Pemberton Township High School… won the Group III state championship in the 400 meters
