2020 Outdoor: Named a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors in the 400 meters… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 meters with a time of 58.21… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region in the 400 meters… Finished third (59.34) in the 400 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships and received All-Conference honorable mention… Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:44.39) for NJAC first team honors… Was a member of All-Conference first team 4x400 meter relay that won in 3:58.99 at the conference championships…  Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Earned All-America on the fifth place 4x100 meter relay (46.85) at the NCAA Championships… Ran 57.61 in the 400 meters at the national championships…  Took first place in the 200 (25.81) and 400 (57.39) meters and on the 4x100 meters relay (48.00) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team honors… Was on the All-Conference second team 4x400 meter relay that was second (4:07.58) at the conference championships… Chosen the conference’s Thomas M Gerrity Most Outstanding Athlete… Won the 400 meters with a personal record 56.24 and was on the winning 4x100 meter relay (47.64) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran a personal record 12.55 in the 100 meter dash at the Widener Invitational… Came in first in the 400 meters (57.45) and on the 4x400 meter relay (3:59.12) at the Coach Pollard Invite… Had first places in the 200 (27.07) and 400 (58.57) meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Received All-Atlantic Region from the USTFCCCA… Selected the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time… Named a team captain

2018 Outdoor: Won the 400 meters with a season best 56.30 and was on the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:55.98) for All-Conference first team honors and finished second in the 200 meters with a top time of 25.17 for All-Conference second team distinction at the NJAC Championships… Was part of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:51.79) at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished ninth (3:50.48) in the prelims and was 17th (56.92) in the 400 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships… Competed on the sprint medley relay that ran a school record 4:06.84 and the 4x400 meter relay (3:58.69) at the Penn Relays… Was the winner in the 400 meters (58.33) and took third (25.93) in the 200 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Came in first (58.51) in the 400 meters and was third (26.66) in the 200 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Was victorious in the 400 meters (58.17) and ran on the third place 4x400 meter relay (4:00.94) at the Coach P Invitational… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… Earned All-Region accolades in the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Chosen the NJAC Rookie of the Week twice

2017-18 Indoor: Was on the second place 4x400 meter relay (4:00.06) for All-Conference second team honors and received All-Conference honorable mention with a season best 59.55 for third place in the 400 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was part of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:45.19), the 4x400 meter relay that came in fourth (4:04.61) and the distance medley relay that finished fifth (12:06.62) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Placed eighth with a top time of 26.89 in the 200 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational 

High School/Personal: Was a graduate of Timber Creek Regional High School... Majoring in human performance in clinical settings
