2015 Outdoor: finished 18^th (130’ 3”, 39.70 meters) in the javelin at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… came in fifth in the heptathlon (3319 points) and the javelin (127’ 10”, 38.96 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 2-3)… recorded a season best throw of 141’ 5” (43.10 meters) in the javelin at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1) and took first… selected NJAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro Field Athlete of the Week once… earned Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District II Team honors… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2014 Outdoor: took second (138’ 10.5”, 42.33 meters) in the javelin at the NJAC Championships (May 4) for All-Conference second team honors… finished second in the javelin at the Sam Howell Invitational (141’ 6.5”, 43.15 meters) (Apr. 5) and the ECAC Championships (135’ 1.5”, 41.19 meters) (May 16)… had a 14th place (135’ 9”, 41.39 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24)… took 15th at the Penn Relays with a toss of 135’ (41.16 meters)… had a top throw of 142’ (43.28 meters) at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)… recorded a season best 3313 points in the heptathlon at the ECAC Championships… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2014 Indoor: posted the team’s best mark (33’ 8”, 10.26 meters) in the shot put at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Jan. 18)… had a throw of 32’(10.02 meters) at the NJAC Championships (Mar. 1)
 
2013 Outdoor: placed eighth for the second straight year in the javelin (41.92 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23)… had a throw of 38.83 meters at the ECAC Championships (May 16) for eighth place… earned NJAC All-Conference second team honors after throwing the javelin 41.76 meters at the conference meet… tossed a season-best 43.55 meters for first in the javelin against Georgian Court University (Apr. 10)… had a second place finish in the javelin (40.47 meters) at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 5)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2012 Outdoor: took eighth place in the javelin with a throw of 138’ 5” (42.20 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships for All-America honors… won the conference title (May 5) with 130’ 3” (39.70 meters) and earned a spot on the NJAC All-Conference first team… had a season best of 144’ 5” (44.03 meters) against Georgian Court University (Apr. 12)… came in second at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 16) and the University of Pennsylvania Invitational (Apr. 7) with throws of 138’ 8” (42.27 meters) and 139’ 6” (42.53 meters) respectively… at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26), threw 136’ 11” (41.74 meters)… had a toss of 132’ 6” (40.40 meters) at the ECAC Championships (May 17)… selected the NJAC Rookie of the Week four times and the Field Athlete of the Week once

HS: graduated from Cherokee High School…  competed for four years in volleyball, basketball and track & field… placed fourth (136’ 7”, 41.64 meters) in the javelin at the Penn Relays her senior year… won the javelin at the Rowan High School Open in 2011 and 2010… threw 139’ 8” (40.58 meters), which was a meet record at the 2011 Rowan High School Open… three-time Olympic Conference champion… in senior year, took second place at the NJSIAA Sectional (140’ 0”, 40.68 meters) and Group (137’ 2”, 40.80 meters) Championships… finished fifth (133’ 6”, 40.70 meters) at the 2011 NJSIAA Meet of Champions… placed at sectional, state and meet of champions for three straight years and was a national qualifier three times
