2016-17 Indoor: was on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:43.87) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (Mar. 3-4)... ran on the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:44.24) for All-Conference first team honors and was fourth (26.73) in the 200 meters at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)... claimed second in the 400 meters with a top time of 1:00.48 at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... posted a season best time of 26.61 in the 200 meters for fifth place at the Bomber Invitational (Feb. 4-5)... finished second (1:01.24) in the 400 meters at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... a team captain

2016 Outdoor: qualified for the ECAC Championships (May 18-19) in the 200 and 400 meter dashes… finished third in the 200 (26.51) and 400 (58.15) meter dashes at the NJAC Championships (May 7-8) for All-Conference honorable mention… posted a career best time of 25.52 in the 200 meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (Apr. 22-23)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2015-16 Indoor: recorded a top time of 26.75 in the 200 meter dash at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet (Feb. 27)… had a season best mark of 1:02.29 in the 400 meter dash at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 12)

2015 Outdoor: qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23) and the ECAC Championships (May 14-15) as a member of the 4x100 meter relay… ran on the 4x100 meter relay that finished first (47.76) at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3) and earned All-Conference first team honors… came in first (48.00) in the 4x100 meter relay at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Apr. 18)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2014-15 Indoor: ran the 60 meters in 8.57 at the New Year’s Invitational (Dec. 7)

2014 Outdoor: had a season best (12.90) in the 100 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 18)… ran a top time of 26.33 in the 200 meters at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2013-14 Indoor: a member of the 4x200 meter relay that took second (1:44.06) at the NJAC Championships (Mar. 1) for All-Conference second team honors… had a top time (8.25) in the 60 meters at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)… ran a season best 26.59 in the 200 meters at the conference championships… produced a top mark of 1:04.68 in the 400 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Jan. 18)… posted a best time (1:25.85) in the 500 meters at the Patriot Games (Feb. 1)
