2019-20 Indoor: Ran 19:53.75 in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Finished the 3000 meters in 11:23.39 at the Fastrack National Invite… Had a personal record of 19:37.34 at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational

2019 Outdoor: Took third place (5:26.26) in the 1500 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Ran the 5000 meters in 20:00.07 at the Danny Curran Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor:  Was on the distance medley relay that finished sixth (14:06.67) at the Moravian College Meet… Had a top time of 21:03.21 in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Completed the 3000 meters in a season best 11:43.80 at the Fastrack National Invite 

2018 Outdoor: took 11th in the 1500 meters with a top time of 5:24.04 at the NJAC Championships… Ran the 5000 meters in 21:11.87 at the Coach P Invitational… Had a 13th place (5:34.33) in the 1500 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational…Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2017 Outdoor: Had a top time of 21:30.95 in the 5000 meters at the Greyhound Invitational… Came in seventh with a season best 5:42.20 in the 1500 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Took second in the 3000 meters with a top time of 12:18.74 at the Bow-Tie Classic
