2018 Outdoor: earned All-Conference first team honors as a member of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:55.98), finished second in the 400 meter hurdles with a season best 1:02.81 for All-Conference second team accolades and was fourth in the 100 meter hurdles with a top time of 14.63 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5-6)… part of the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:51.79), took seventh (1:04.88) in the 400 meter hurdles and was eighth (15.14) in the 100 meter hurdles at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships (May 16-17)… a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished ninth (3:50.48) in the prelims at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24-26)… competed on the 4x400 meter relay (3:58.69) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26-28)… won the 100 (15.18) and 400 (1:06.32) meter hurdles at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 30-31)… took first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 6) (1:05.67) and Lehigh Games (Apr. 28) (1:04.69)… received All-Region distinction in the 4x400 meter relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time

2017-18 Indoor: ran on the second place 4x400 meter relay (4:00.06) for All-Conference second team honors, took fifth in the 400 meters with a season best 59.95 and was sixth (9.25) in the 60 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 19)… part of the 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth (4:04.61) and came in seventh (9.21) in the 60 meter hurdles at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships (Mar. 2-3)… placed second (9.36) in the 60 meter hurdles at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)… had a top time of 9.17 in the 60 meter hurdles prelims at the NJAC meet

2017 Outdoor: ran a season best time of 15.36 in the 100 meter hurdles at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (May 15)… posted a top time of 1:05.42 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Oneonta Final Qualifier (May 17-18)… came in third (15.50) in the 100 meter hurdles and fourth (1:10.99) in the 400 meter hurdles and was on the third place (51.85) 4x100 meter relay at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 8)… was on the shuttle hurdles relay that broke the school record and ran the fastest time in Division III with a time of 59.52 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 27-29)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week one time

2016-17 Indoor: posted a top time of 9.44 in the 60 meter hurdles prelims and finished seventh (9.68) at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)

Previous School: a transfer from Rowan College at Burlington County... played two seasons of basketball and earned Academic All-Region honors
