2019 Outdoor: Took first (4:47.01) in the 1500 meters and second (2:21.73) in the 800 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships for All-Conference first and second team honors respectively… Ran a personal record 18:34.41 in the 5000 meters for fifth place at the conference championships… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Took second (4:44.36) in the 1500 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Won the 1500 meters in 4:40.97 at the Coach Pollard Invite… Finished the 1500 meters in 4:40.57 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic honorable mention… Selected a team captain

2018-19 Indoor: Came in first in the one mile with a time of 5:07.65, finished second (2:19.41) in the 800 meters and came in third (10:39.95) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Earned All-Conference first team in the one mile, All-Conference second team in the 800 meters and honorable mention in the 3000 meters… Named the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete… Won the 1000 meters with a time of 3:00.20 at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Finished third (5:07.23) with a season best time in the one mile at the All-Atlantic Region (AAR) Championships…Was a member of the 4x800 relay that finished fifth (10:05.61) at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Was on the winning 4x800 meter relay (10:08.63) at the Diplomat Open… Was part of the distance medley relay that finished third (11:59.04) at the AAR Championships… Was on the first place distance medley relay (12:04.41) at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier… Ran on the third place (12:57.19) distance medley relay at the NYC Gotham Cup… Selected a team captain… Earned All-Atlantic Region on the distance medley relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association
 
2018 Outdoor: Won the 1500 meters with a top time of 4:39.33 for All-Conference first team honors, earned All-Conference honorable mention by finishing third in the 800 meters with a season best 2:20.11 and 3000 meter steeplechase in a top time of 12:04.95 and was seventh (19:03.09) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Came in fifth (4:42.46) in the 1500 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Took first (4:45.95) in the 1500 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Placed third (4:55.07) in the 1500 meters and fifth (2:23.08) in the 800 meters at the Coach P Invitational… Crossed the line fourth (4:45.67) in the 1500 meters at the Lehigh Games… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society

2017-18 Indoor: Took first in the one mile with a season best time of 5:07.66 for All-Conference first team honors, was on the second place 4x800 meter relay (10:05.08) for second team distinction, placed fifth (2:20.43) in the 800 meters and came in seventh in the 3000 meters with a top time of 10:57.34 at the NJAC Championships… Finished second (5:17.83) in the one mile and was on the fifth place distance medley relay (12:06.62) at the AAR Championships… Was victorious in the one mile (5:11.56) and came in third (2:21.87) at the Ramapo Season Opener… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… chosen the NJAC Rookie of the Week three times
