2016 Outdoor: member of the 4x800 meter relay that took first (9:41.40) at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 18-19)
 
2015-16 Indoor: ran on the 4x800 meter relay (9:50.06) and the distance medley relay (13:11.28) that finished first at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Feb. 22)… earned All-Conference first team honors in both events… came in second with a time of 2:22.65 in the 800 meter run at the Metro Holiday Season Opener (Dec. 5)
 
2015 Outdoor: finished in 20^th place (11:33.02) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… came in first (10:45.93) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 14-15)… won the 5000 meter run (18:31.70), the 1500 meter run (4:42.30) and the 3000 meter steeplechase (11:13.51) at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3)… earned All-Conference first team honors in all three events… took 10^th (2:25.72) in the 800 meter run at the Maryland Invitational (Mar. 28)
 
2015 Indoor: captured first place in the 3000 meters (10:41.30) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… took fifth in the one mile run at the NJAC Championships with a season best time of 5:09.21… won the 3000 meters (10:37.04) at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… a member of the third place (12:07.18) distance medley relay at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6-7)… was on the 4x800 meter relay that finished fourth (10:03.93) at the NJAC Championships
 
Previous School: ran cross country and track at Rowan College at Gloucester County (formerly Gloucester County College)… named a first (2013) and second (2012) team All-American in cross country… won the National Junior College Athletic Association championship in the 1500 and 5000 meters… holds the school record in the 800, 1500 and 5000 meters and the 3000 meter steeplechase
