2018-19 Indoor: Earned All-America with a time of 8.76 for fourth place in the 60 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships and broke her own school record with a time of 8.68 in the prelims… Claimed victories in the 60 meter hurdles at the All-Atlantic Region Championships (8.75), Armory Last Chance (8.83), NJAC Championships (8.77) and Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals (8.95)… Received All-Conference first team for the 60 meter hurdles… Was on the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:43.07) at the NJAC Championships to earn All-Conference first team… Ran a season best 27.40 in the 200 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Received All-Atlantic Region distinction in the 60 meter hurdles from the USTFCCCA… Named the conference’s G. 2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-America honors with a school record time of 8.72 for second place in the 60 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships… Won the 60 meter hurdles (8.87) and was on the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:42.61) for All-Conference first team honors, finished eighth (8.23) in the 60 meters and was 11th (27.17) in the 200 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was victorious in the 60 meter hurdles (8.88) at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Claimed victories in the 60 meter hurdles at Fast Times Before Finals (8.90) and Ramapo Season Opener (8.93)… Recorded a top time of 7.96 in the 60 meter prelims at the NJAC meet… Ran the 200 meters in a season best 26.26 at the Fastrack National Invitational… Received All-Region distinction in the 60 meter hurdles from the USTFCCCA… Named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week six times
2017 Outdoor: Competed in the 100 meter hurdles (14.55) and on the 4x100 meter relay (48.28) at the NCAA Division III Championships… Won the 100 meter hurdles (14.53) and was on the first place 4x100 meter relay (48.67) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… Was victorious in the 100 meter hurdles with a season best 14.49 at the Oneonta Final Qualifier… Captured first (14.94) in the 100 meter hurdles at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Came in second (14.93) in the 100 meter hurdles at the Danny Curran Invitational… Had a top time of 27.45 in the 200 meters at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Was on the shuttle hurdles relay that broke the school record and was the fastest in Division III with a time of 59.52 at the Penn Relays… Received All-Region honors in the 100 meter hurdles and as part of the 4x100 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time… Was a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
2016-17 Indoor:Â Finished third (9.23) in the 60 meter hurdles for All-Conference honorable mention and was eighth (9.40) in the 60 meter dash at the NJAC Championships... Received All-Region honors in the 60 meter hurdles from the USTFCCCA... Was on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:48.40) and placed second in the 60 meter hurdles with a season best time of 9.05 at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational... Came in third (9.21) in the 60 meter hurdles at the John Covert ClassicÂ
2016 Outdoor: Earned All-America honors as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished third (46.56) at the NCAA Championships (May 26-28)… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100 meter hurdles and took 11th (14.42)… Came in second (14.49) in the 100 meter hurdles at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships… Ran on the 4x100 meter relay that won the ECAC (46.91) and NJAC Championships (46.94)… Took first (14.86) in the 100 meter hurdles and third (12.74) in the 100 meter dash at the conference championships… Earned All-Conference first team recognition (4x100 meter relay and 110 meter hurdles) and honorable mention (100 meter dash)… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… Had a second place finish (14.52) in the 100 meter hurdles at the Greyhound Invitational… Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 100 meter hurdles and the 4x100 meter relay… Earned NJAC Rookie of the Week award twice and ECAC Metro Rookie of the Week honors once… Chosen a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
2015-16 Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 60 meter hurdles and finished 14th with a time of 8.90… Earned All-Conference first team honors after winning the 60 meter hurdles (9.06) and as a member of the first place 4x400 (3:58.24) and 4x200 (1:45.92) meter relays at the NJAC Championships… Recorded a time of 26.94 in the 200 meter dash at the NJAC Championships… Was named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… Won (9.11) the 60 meter hurdles at the Molloy College Lions Invitational… Finished first (1:42.15) as part of the 4x200 meter relay at the ECAC Championships… Had a second place finish (8.93) in the 60 meter hurdles at the ECAC Championships… Earned NJAC and ECAC Rookie of the Week honors three times
