2013-14: posted the team’s top times in the 100 (1:01.35) and 200 (2:12.33) backstrokes at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 14-16)… swam the first leg of the 200 medley relay (1:52.05)  at Mets to earn New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference second team honors… received All-Conference honorable mention in the 200 backstroke… a member of the 400 freestyle (3:42.75) and 400 medley (4:06.37) relays that received All-Conference honorable mention…swam a season best 2:21.32 in the 200 individual medley at the Lions’ Invitational (Dec. 6-8)… a team captain... received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention... a Rowan Scholar Athlete
 
2012-13: recorded top times in the 100 (1:01.20) and 200 (2:13.44) backstrokes at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 15-17)… swam 2:17.93 in the 200 individual medley at Mets… produced a top time of 26.93 in the 50 freestyle against William Paterson University (Nov. 10)… earned NJAC All-Conference second team  honors as a member of the 200 medley relay (1:51.17)… received NJAC honorable mention for the 400 medley relay (3:35.47)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011-12: swam the Profs’ top time in the 200 backstroke (2:14.08) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 17-19)… produced the team’s second fastest times in the 100 backstroke (1:01.68) and 200 IM (2:19.13) at Mets and in the 100 breaststroke (1:12.77) against Salisbury University (Oct. 25)… recorded season bests in the 100 freestyle (58.66) and 400 IM (5:03.62) at the Swarthmore College Invitational (Dec. 2)… a member of Rowan’s top 200 (1:54.19) and 400 (4:05.83) medley relays at The College of New Jersey (Jan. 28) and Mets respectively… received NJAC Conference All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2010-11: posted season bests in the 100 (1:02.79) and 200 (2:14.88) backstrokes and 200 individual medley (2:19.80) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 18-20)… produced a top time of 1:14.37 in the 100 breaststroke versus Cabrini College (Feb. 5)… swam the 400 individual medley in 5:10.42 at the Rowan Cup Races (Nov. 20)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
HS: attended Freehold Township High School… received Most Improved Swimmer Award… holds one individual swim record and member of three relay team records
