2022-23: Selected to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 4x200 relay and honorable mention in the 200 meter… Was a part of the 4x200 (1:25.86) and 4x400 (3:10.09) relay team that set a new NCAA Division III record… Named to the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Metro Region in the 60 meter, 200 meter and 4x400 relay... Recognized as a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2021-22: NCAA Champion and All American in the 4x400 meter relay in a time of 3:16.56… Earned All America honors in the 200 meters in a time of 21.67… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the 60 meters, 200 meters, and 4x200 meter relay… Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 4x200 meter relay and second team honors in the 60 meters and 200 meters.. 2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:17.02… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the 60 meter dash, 200 meters and 4x400 meter relay… Chosen the G. Larry James Most Outstanding Athlete… Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 200 meters and on the 4x400 meter relay and second team in the 60 meters… Won the 200 meters (22.22) and was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:19.89) and was second in the 60 meters (6.94) at the conference championships… Ran a personal record in the 60 meters (6.94) at the NJAC Championships and in the 200 meters (22.20) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Had first places in the 200 meters (22.20) and on the 4x200 (1:29.98) and 4x400 (3:17.02) meter relays… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Week three times
