2023-24: Recognized as a Rowan Scholar-Athlete...

2022-23: Earned NCAA All-American honors in the 400 meter with a mark of 47.45… Helped set a new NCAA Division III record in the 4x200 relay (1:25.86) and 4x400 relay (3:10.09)... Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 400m and 4x200 relay… Was selected as the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete of the Year… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Metro Region in the 400 meter and 4x200 relay 

2021-22: NCAA Champion and All American in the 4x400 meter relay in a time of 3:16.56… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 meters… Regional Champion in the 4x200 meter relay and the DMR… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the 400 meters, 4x200 meter relay, and DMR… Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Student-Athlete Honor Society...
