2017 Outdoor: ran on the ninth place (3:14.41) 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 25-27)… had a top time of 22.20 in the 200 meter prelims at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 6-7)… took second in the 400 meters with a season best 50.11 at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention and U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic distinction… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: part of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:21.36) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (Mar. 3-4)... received All-Region honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA... ran on the first place 4x200 (1:29.74) and 4x400 (3:21.40) meter relays for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)... was on the winning 4x400 meter relay at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11) (3:23.45) and Bomber Invitational (Feb. 4-5) (3:22.15)... a member of the 4x200 meter relay that won the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational in 1:31.13... finished second in the 400 meters with a top time of 50.23 at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)

2016 Outdoor: member of the 4x400 meter relay took that took second at the ECAC Championships (May 17-18) (3:14.53) and the NJAC Championships (May 7-8) (3:16.53)… earned All-Conference second team honors in the 4x400 meter relay… took fifth (49.59) in the 400 meter dash at the NJAC Championships… had a ninth place (49.12) in the 400 meter dash at the ECAC Championships… named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team in the 4x400 meter relay

2015-16 Indoor: member of the distance medley relay that won (10:03.46) the ECAC Championship (Mar. 4-5)… finished third (50.79) in the 400 meter dash at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) and earned All-Conference honorable mention… had a season best time of 49.12 in the 400 meter dash at the ECAC Championships

HS: graduated from Gloucester County Institute of Technology… won the Group II indoor State Championship in the 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays… member of the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays that won the Group II outdoor State Championship
