2012 Outdoor: posted a career best time of 4:10.01 in the 1500 meters at the Widener Invitational (Apr. 20)… ran the team’s second fastest time and a career best in the 3000 meters (8:53.36) at the University of Pennsylvania Invitational (Apr. 7)… took third place in the 5000 meters (15:54.54) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5) for All-Conference honorable mention… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2012 Indoor: anchored the winning distance medley relay (10:33.09) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24) for All-Conference first team honors… finished fifth in the one mile with a career time of 4:35.99 at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 4)… had a season best of 8:58.77 in the 3000 meters at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 18)

2011 Outdoor: ran a season best of 4:16.77 in the 1500 meters at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 29)… posted a top time of 9:17.29 in the 3000 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 18)… finished seventh in the 5000 meters (16:23.09) at the NJAC Championships (May 7)… inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… earned NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011 Indoor: had season best times in the 3000 meters (9:24.15) at the Thomson Invitational (Jan. 29) and the 5000 meters (16:36.54) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 5)… was on the third place 4x800 meter and distance medley relays at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)… a member of the 4x800 meter and distance medley relays given honorable mentions on the NJAC All-Conference Team
