2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.06… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)All-Atlantic Region as part of the distance medley relay… Selected to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 800 meters and on the 4x400 meter relay… Took first place in the 800 meters (1:55.42) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.89) at the conference championships… Won the 800 meters (1:54.41) at the Fastrack Season Opener… Broke the school record in the 600 meters with a time of 1:20.90 at the Seahawk Shootout… Came in first (1:56.18) in the 800 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Finished the 1000 meters in 2:40.99 at the NYC Gotham Cup… Selected the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week three times… Named a team captain

2016 Outdoor: Qualified for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships in the 800 meters and finished 20th (1:59.64)… won the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:00.35 at the TCNJ Invitational… Ran a season best time of 1:55.17 in the 800 meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Recorded a top mark of 16:10.45 in the 5000 meters and came in third at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships 

2015-16 Indoor: Ran on the 4x800 meter relay that took first (8:05.70) at the NJAC Championships and earned All-Conference first team honors… Finished sixth (4:22.78) in the mile run at the NJAC Championships… Took first (1:59.00) in the 800 meter run and was on the first place (10:23.87) distance medley relay at the Molloy College Lions Invitational… Was a member of the distance medley relay that won (10:03.46) at the ECAC Championships
