2016-17 Indoor: placed second (2:32.61) in the 1000 meters and was part of the third place distance medley relay (10:07.27) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 3-4)... a member of the first place 4x800 meter (8:05.30) and distance medley relays (10:38.74) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference first team honors... was on the winning distance medley relay (10:24.93) and came in third in the 1000 meters with a top time of 2:30.41 at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 25)... took second in the one mile with a top time of 4:27.71 at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... had a fourth place (4:28.49) in the one mile at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)
2016 Outdoor: finished second in the 1500 meter run (3:59.43) and the 5000 meters (15:31.38) at the NJAC Championships (May 7-8) and earned All-Conference second team honors… placed second (3:54.27) in the 1500 meter run at the ECAC Championships (May 18-19)… took second (4:03.33) in the 1500 meter run at the TCNJ Invitational (Apr. 10)… won the 5000 meters with a time of 15:37.49 at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
2015-16 Indoor: anchored the 4x800 meter relay that finished first (8:05.70) and the distance medley relay that came in second (10:37.95) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… earned All-Conference first and second team honors… ran a top time of 2:02.55 in the 800 meter run at the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30)… recorded a career best mark of 4:23.59 in the mile at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet (Feb. 27)
