2008 Indoor: ran 8.21 in the 55 meter hurdles prelims at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 2) which was a season best… competed in the 55 meter hurdles (8.37) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 23)

2007 Outdoor: took second place (15.31) in the 110 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (May 5) for All-Conference second team honors… had a season best 15.00 in the 110 meter hurdles at the Rowan Open (Apr. 14)

HS: graduated from Seneca High School… school record holder in the 55 meter shuttle hurdles, 55 meter hurdles, 110 meter shuttle hurdles and 110 meter high hurdles… two-time All-American in indoor track… earned All-Conference first team honors… state champion
