2020 Outdoor: Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction... Selected to the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team... Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention

2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.06… Earned USTFCCA All-Atlantic Region as part of the distance medley relay… Was a member of the first place distance medley relay (10:06.06) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Chosen to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team… Finished fifth (4:26.04) in the mile at the conference championships… Recorded a personal record of 8:44.31 in the 3000 meters at the Albany Winter Classic… Had a time of 4:21.24 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite

2019 Outdoor: Took third (3:59.88) in the 1500 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships for All-Conference honorable mention… Finished the 1500 meters in 3:57.48 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Won the 800 meters in 2:00.51 at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Had a first place (4:02.66) in the 1500 meters and was fifth (1:59.39) in the 800 meters at the UCF Knights Invite… Came in fourth (3:57.94) in the 1500 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational

2018-19 Indoor: Finished fourth (4:19.72) in the mile at the NJAC Championships… Was a member of the fourth place distance medley relay (10:17.59) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Came in eighth (4:22.21) in the mile at the region championships… Was on the distance medley relay that finished third (10:16.49) at the Armory Last Chance… Had a time of 2:07.01 in the 800 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational (4:25.31)
 
High School/Personal: Competed on the cross country, swimming, lacrosse and indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Lenape High School… Earned All-Conference honors in cross country two times… Was a state qualifier for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field... Majoring in elementary education
