2018-19 Indoor: ran 2:32.81 in the 1000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 18)… had a time of 1:56.70 in the 800 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8-9)… was a member of the second place 4x800 meter relay (8:05.04) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 18) for All-Conference first team honors

HS: participated on the Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest track & field team… received All-League and All-County honors in the 800 meters… a member of the All-Country 4x800 meter relay team
