2016-17 Indoor: part of the winning distance medley relay (10:38.74) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference first team honors... ran a top time of 4:44.67 in the one mile at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... had a time of 10:09.92 in the 3000 meters at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)... ran on the seventh place 4x800 meter relay (8:40.58) at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)
