2016-17 Indoor: took fourth (52' 3.25", 15.93 m) in the shot put at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 3-4)... received All-Region honors in the shot put from the USTFCCCA... won the shot put with a toss of 52' 8.75" (16.07 m) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference first team honors... had a season best throw of 53' 2.25" (16.21 m) to win the shot put at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... was victorious in the shot put (50' 11.5", 15.53 m) at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)... had a runner-up finish in the shot put (51' 11", 15.82 m) at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... a team captain

2014-15 Indoor: was the NJAC champion in the shot put (Mar. 1) and earned All-Conference first team honors with a season best throw of 50’ 10” (15.49 meters)… finished first (48’ 10.75”, 14.90 meters) in the shot put at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)… won the shot put (45’ 7.75”, 13.91 meters) at the Seamus McElligott Invitational (Feb. 8)… took second place (50’ 8”, 15.44 meters) in the shot put at the Columbia Last Chance Qualifier (Mar. 8)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2013 Outdoor: at the NJAC Championships (May. 5), produced first place marks of 49’ 10. 5” (15.20) in the shot put and 151’ 6” (46.18 meters) in the discus to earn All-Conference first team honors… recorded a throw of 14.32 meters in the shot put at the ECAC Championships (May 17)… won the shot put with a mark of 14.84 meters at the CTC Championships (Apr. 20)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2012-13 Indoor: tossed a winning throw of 48’ 7.5” (14.82 meters) in the shot put at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) to earn All-Conference first team honors… came in 11th in the shot put (13.93 meters) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 2)… captured fourth at the Thomson Invitational (Jan. 26) with a toss of 14.14 meters

HS: a graduate of Toms River East High School…a two-sport athlete (football and track)… was a track team captain… won the county meet in the shot put… named the MVP of his team for winter track in 2012
