2020 Outdoor: Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Chosen to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Academic Second Team... Selected a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Named to the NJAC All-Conference first team with a first place finish (8:40.69) at the conference championships… Ran the mile in 4:24.42 at the Fastrack National Invite…Was a member of the winning distance medley relay (10:20.14) at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet…  Chosen to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team… Selected a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Took second (4:05.99) in the 1500 meters and seventh (1:59.98) in the 800 meters at the UCF Knights Invite… Ran the 5000 meters in 15:09.64 at the Danny Curran Invitational… Came in fifth (2:06.24) in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society … Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor: Took second (8:49.38) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Had a season best 8:49.08 in the 3000 meters for second place at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Finished the mile in 4:21.44 and was sixth at the Fastrack National Invite… Ran on the distance medley relay (10:16.49) at the Armory Last Chance 

2018 Outdoor: Competed in the 5000 meters (16:47.83) at the NJAC Championships… Ran a top time of 15:53.77 in the 5000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Recorded a season best of 4:19.14 in the 1500 meters at the Lions’ Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2017-18 Indoor: Took third in the 3000 meters with a season best 9:01.25 for All-Conference honorable mention at the NJAC Championships… Finished first (4:36.46) in the one mile at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational… Came in 10th (16:36.11) in the 5000 meters at the John Covert Classic 

2017 Outdoor: Ran the 5000 meters in 16:54.23 at the Danny Curran Invitational… Had a time of 11:18.68 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Monmouth Season Opener… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Finished third (9:14.40) in the 3000 meters at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational... Posted a season best time of 9:05.79 in the 3000 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational
