2018 Outdoor: came in fifth (45’ 9.75”, 13.96 m) in the shot put and was ninth in the hammer throw with a season best 132’ 11” (40.52 m) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5-6)… had a ninth place (45’ 9”, 13.94 m) in the shot put at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships (May 16-17)… took seventh in the shot put with a top distance of 45’ 10.75” (13.99 m) and recorded a season best 105’ 4” (32.10 m) in the discus at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 27-28)… posted a mark of 130’ 7” (39.81 m) in the hammer throw at the Coach P Invitational (Apr. 13-14)
2017-18 Indoor: finished fourth (45’ 6.5”, 13.88 m) in the shot put and was sixth (42’ 6.75”, 12.97 m) in the weight throw at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 19)… posted season bests of 46’ 7.25” (14.20 m) in the shot put and 47’ 3” (14.40 m) in the weight throw at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational (Feb. 11), placing fifth in both events
2017 Outdoor: posted a career best in the hammer throw (113’ 4”, 34.54 m) at the NJAC Championships (May 6-7)… placed third with a career long distance of 120’ 7” (36.75 m) in the discus at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 8)… threw the shot put a season best 42’ 7” (12.98 m) at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)
2016-17 Indoor: came in ninth in the shot put with a season best toss of 43' 10.5" (13.37 m) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... had a top mark of 42' 8.75" (13.02 m) in the weight throw at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)
2015 Outdoor: recorded a season best throw of 114’ 6” (34.90 meters) for fifth place in the discus at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1)… finished seventh (38’ 3.25”, 11.66 meters) in the shot put at the Oscar Moore Open… took eighth (111’ 6”, 33.99 meters) in the discus at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Apr. 17)
2014-15 Indoor: had a distance of 31’ 3.25” (9.53 meters) in the weight throw at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)
