2009 Indoor: ran a career best in the 800 meters (1:59.77) at NYU Fastrack Invitational (Feb. 27)… was on the second place distance medley relay (10:39.62) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 23) that earned All-Conference second team honors… had a time of 2:00.93 in the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 16)

2008 Outdoor: finished eighth in the 800 (2:01.19) meters at the NJAC Championships (May 3)… recorded career best of 53.37 in the 400 meters at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 5)… had a time of 24.79 in the 200 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 22)

2008 Indoor: competed in the 800 meters (2:07.81) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 2)

2007 Outdoor: ran a season best of 2:10.46 in the 800 meters at the NJAC Championships (May 5)… also competed in the 400 meters (56.02) at the conference championships
