2019 Outdoor: Finished seventh with a personal record 34:03.61 in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran the 5000 meters in 15:49.31 at the Danny Curran Invitational… Had a personal record 4:21.67 in the 1500 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
