2015: came in 29^th with a time of 26:36.22 at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 31)… had a top time of 26:12.32 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle (Oct. 17)… ran 26:22.9 at the Mike Woods Invitational (Oct. 3)… finished 13^th (27:55.83) at the Bill Fritz/Charlie Way Invitational (Sept. 19)
 
2014: ran in five meets… had a top time of 27:00 in the championship race at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 18)… placed 38^th (29:34.50) at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial (Sept. 6)… came in 43^rd (28:08.73) at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 1)
 
2013: ran a season best 26:52.10 and finished 30th at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 21)… was 30th (28:36.24) at the NJAC Championships (Nov. 2)… placed 108th (27:07.40) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 16)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week (Sept. 23)
 
HS: attended Hackensack High School… earned All-League first team honors in cross country and track… team captain junior and senior years… member of the All-County third team
