2007: a captain… recorded Rowan’s top times in the 8K (26:00.0) and 6K (20:08.36)… finished second at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Oct. 20) in 20:08.36… came in third (28:05.25) at the Goucher Classic (Oct. 6)… placed eighth (26:31.67) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 27) for All-Conference second team honors… named the NJAC Runner of the Week twice (Oct. 9 and Oct. 23)… earned NJAC Academic All-Conference honorable mention

2006: finished eighth with a time of 16:25.57 at the Hofstra Invitational (Sept. 9)… placed 33rd at the New York University (NYU) Invitational (Sept. 16) with a time of 28:32 … came in third with at time of 29:24.99 at the Mid-Atlantic Classic (Oct. 7)… scored in six out of the eight races

2005: participated in all seven meets… placed 19th at the NJAC Championships (27:24.40)… came in 29th at the CTC Championships (Oct. 22)

HS: graduated from Northern Valley Regional High School
