2007: took fourth place at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Oct. 20) with a time of 20:17.96 (6K)… placed eighth at the Goucher Classic (Oct. 6) in 29:02.04 (8K)… captured 11th place at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 27) in 26:43.29 (8K) to receive All-Conference second team honors… finished 57th with a season best time (26:14.9) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 10)… earned NJAC Academic All-Conference first team honors… named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team… chosen to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team… collected College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II Team honors

2006: NJAC All-Conference second team… Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Men’s Cross Country Team… finished 13th at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 28) with a time of 26:59.41… came in sixth (29:33.41) at the Mid-Atlantic Classic (Oct. 7)… Rowan’s second finisher at NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 11)… scored in all eight meets
