Jess McLaughlin, and
Emily Poulas earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Basketball Academic All-District Team Honors.
In order to be eligible, nominees must meet the following criteria:Â An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and a graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student. Additionally, student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15th.
Carlies who is earning her Masters in Social Work, was named an All-NJAC Honorable Mention, as the senior was second in the conference in blocked shots (46) and sixth in rebounding (7.5 rpg) while averaging 6.9 points a game.
Mastriano scores her second-straight academic honor. An Engineering Entrepreneurship major, the junior started 11 of 26 games this season, averaging 8.3 points and 3.4 rebounds per contest.
McLaughlin, an Exercise Science major, joined Carlies in starting all 26 games this year. The senior led the squad in three-pointers made (30) and assists (62)
Poulas, a sophomore Health & Physical Education major, was also a three-point threat, hitting 23 triples in 24 games of action.
Rowan comprised a 16-10 record in the 2025-26 season, hosting an NJAC Tournament Quarterfinal game.
