Emily Nelson, and
Molly Klinedinst scored spots on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Swimming Academic All-District Teams as announced on Tuesday.
Nelson and Stefanowicz are selected for the second-consecutive year with first-time recipients in Pennington and Klinedinst garnering the honor.

In order to be eligible, nominees must meet the following criteria:Â An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and a graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student. Additionally, student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 23rd
Pennington, a Biomedical Engineering major with a minor in French, was an NCAA qualifier in three events (100 back, 200 back, 100 fly) earning a second-team All-American honor in the 200 back. She also captured four All-NJAC honors including three first-team selections.
Nelson majors in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. Stefanowicz is a Mathematics major with minors in Statistics and Psychology while Klinedinst is majoring in English Education.
