CHESTER, PA -- On the first day of the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener University on Friday, Rowan turned in several top 10 finish including a first-place honor.
Here is a quick rundown of today's events:

Ahmir Johnson made his 2022 outdoor debut as the reigning Division III champion in the triple jump won the event with a top mark of 14.44 meters.

Krish Patel was seventh in the discus (37.63 meters) and tenth in the shot put (11.82 meters).
- The 5k featured a plethora of Rowan runners, with
Justin Kelly timing in at 14:48.50 for third place as the top Prof.
Jeff Stewart was tenth (15:01.79), notching a PR in the event.

Noah Cziryak was the top finisher in the 10k, also hitting a PR (32:29.79).
Shane Vostenak (32:36.34) was tenth.
