Nicole Notarianni and
Olivia Scattergood have been honored as 2021 NCAA Division III All-Academic Athletes as named by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
The duo are among the 650 student-athletes recognized for maintaining a grade-point average of 3.3 or better.
The Profs were also named one of the nation's All-Academic Teams as the squad maintained a cumulative team GPA of 3.543.
Notarianni was the NJAC Champion and an All-Conference First Team selection in the 100-meter hurdles and earned All-Region honors as her personal best time of 14.20 ranked third in the Atlantic Region. An early childhood education major, she qualified and participated in the 2021 NCAA Championships.
Scattergood, a psychology major, also captured an NJAC title this season as she won the hammer throw with a school record of 160'7", bettering the mark that she had previously set. She was named to the All-Conference First Team and was chosen to the NJAC All-Academic First Team this season.
